hi,

my lap top would not start and with help from this forum I discovered it was the hard drive that was at fault, I have a new hard drive on the way, but I need to get the data off the old one i have bought a usb lead that plugs into the HDD and I can see the hard drive in disk managememnt , and it has a 100% disk space free  when I try and access the drive it says i need to format the drive before use then I press cancel and it gives me a error data error cycle redundacy check

is there any way I can get the data from the drive

Thanks in advance

Your hard drive is corrupted so that it prompts so, No matter, whatever is the reason for losing your important data like partition deletion or partition damage! You just don’t have to get tensed. Just make use of Kernel for Windows Data Recovery software and retrieve the required data.
