ddr2 memory question

im getting a new rig soon as the conroe processor comes out...i thynk i need ddr2 memory with it, but idk wut to get....im going to be using the system for gaming and would like to know what i should get that doesn't cost more than 200$ U.S

You can find really good DDR2 memory for under $200. DDR2 is cheaper then DDR, so it should be easy to find some.

DDR2 is cheaper then DDR, so it should be easy to find some.

Low-end DDR2-533/667 may be cheaper than DDR400, however the good DDR2-800/1000 is far more expensive.

I would recommend 2GB (2x 1GB) of DDR2-800 for around $180 from newegg.
