Deny access to directory

Here is the scenario. I have a domain name, example.com and a subdomain, sub.example.com. Everything is on apache. The sub domain is pointing to a directory within the domain root such as, example.com/Directory/etc.

Is there a way i can deny access to that directory from the actual domain like when typing example.com/Directory? I just want the sub domain to point there.

Never mind everyone, after some playing around i figured it out. I just redirected that directory to an error page in case anyone wanted to know. Don't know why i didnt think of this earlier.
