I inserted burned dvd (data or program) into drive and then click drive but display blank content.
If I insert a dvd which ordered, it runs.
What is problem? Is there any utility to detect the problem of drive?

Your burner probably don't like the brand of dvd's you are using. Either try updating the firmware of the burner or try a different brand of dvd's.

how old is your dvd drive i remember hearing something about the compatibilty of dvd + r and dvd - r in some drives, which to my knowledge has been sorted out in the more recent dvd drives but some older ones may still have a problem.

+1

Some burners esp prebuilt pc burners are picky about what dvd's you can use

Somewhere in the owners manual it should state what brands are compat
