FireFox not holding bookmarks

When i add a bookmark to firefox its in my bookmarks but one i close it an open it again it's not there there all gone i reinstalled the latest version an that didn't fix it.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? It's VERY anoying.

According to me there must be some issue with the settings of Mozilla firefox .
So to troubleshoot this issue , try to uninstall and reinstall the mozilla firefox on your computer this will solve your issue.

clean install means make sure after uninstall it is deleted from the program files directory.

goto start , run type in %appdata%
Delete any occurrence from there.

the above should fix the problem. it does not delete it with uninstall.
ccleaner could carry it on further if wanted. the fix is above.
download and run freeware ccleaner. ccleaner.com

When you install an application and then delete it, the registry stays, the files get deleted(Not everything tho).

So using a an uninstaller(Like ccleaner, above^) would probably fix it.
