Firewall Catchings

Hey guys,

My firewall is going CRAZY, its catching a major attack every 2 mins and I was wondering if its really an attack, if it is what to do about it, if it isnt how can I get it not to keep bugging me! here is my firewall's security log

I havent looked at it that closely, but my guess is that you have some programs that are trying to send out information, or are trying to receive information, but are being denied by your firewall. Things like automatic updates, websites, spyware, ect.

no there is something coming in but I dont know what it is, and it keeps coming every like 2 mins, its annoying the outgoing is a response i think
