I think for that price motherboard it should have 4 memory slots, and SLI. And an 80GB hard drive is not enough if you want to play many games (consider at least 120GB). I would also go with a socket 939, and a more powerfull better brand psu, besides that, its not bad.

why was the first mobo i chose more expensive than the socket 939 one?
Because they decided to overcharge it. Actually it's prolly cuz its an nForce4 socket754 board
