which one out of this would be better? they both have the same specs, but the fans are in a different spot. which one out the two would cool better?

the one with the fan in the middle will have an easier time cooling it. however, the one with the fan in the middle will give you slightly higher case temperatures.

By comparison, the bottom one with the fan in the middle appears to be larger, so it may be better for cooling.
