You're going have to give us a lot more information than that. What are your system specs? and did this just start happening or has it always been like this?

Well, I'd recommend sending the information in the error message to ArenaNet. It looks like there is a lot more information in that window than we can see in that picture...

wht do u mean by crashing, i had a problem with guild wars where i would get to a certain point in the setup and my computer would restar automaticaly. it turned out to be a virus.

well, when i "attempted to play" guild wars, It was my video card, when i tried to turn down the setting to a certain point, they would go out, and also, when i would get to a point where there was serious stuff going on and about 100 people in one spot it would restart my pc. That could be the problem.
