I'm going to buy this computer:

I noticed that it had no HDMI support, and I'd really like that beacause I just got this new awesome monitor with HDMI and I want the best quality as possible. Is there any way to install a HDMI port? Is the HDMI port on the graphics card? If it is, how would I replace it with another (better) with HDMI and have it be compatible.

You can just buy an HDMI - DVI adapter or cable. It's a digital connection and will give you the same quality as HDMI - HDMI

What do you want to do with the computer? Looks like it comes with the Radeon 5570 graphics card, not bad but not good either. If you're planning on gaming you should definitely upgrade to a 5770 or a 5830 (5770 ~ $165, 5830 ~ $230).
