make sure the power supply has enough amperage... you'll probably need 22a but the more the better... thats on the 12v rail, some have dual 12v rails which is even better.
i'd put 2gb of ram in it too... just because the more memory the longer it'll last you.
i assume this is a gaming rig, or do you plan on doing other applications such as nero vision or autocad?
either way that processor is better in most applications compared to an FX-62 (both procs at stock frequency) plus the e6600 has 4mb of cache and is probably overclockable to 3.4ghz on stock volts too, assuming you cool it correctly with something thats aftermarket, even on air.

looks like a very nice build... i would also agree with fade and put on more ram...atleast an extra 512mb, i like your choice of ram, very nice build in general
have fun!

put on more ram...atleast an extra 512mb,
i really don't like to see 512mb ram working with a gb ram,
i rather have 2gb dual channel, for much better performance than 1.5gb..
1.5gb just doesn't seem like a good combo, it works, but not very effectively,
as you might have noticed, apple computers are very stable, and they strongly recommand dual channel rams,,
and of course i agree to that...

yes but you can have 2x512 and 2x256

which is still single channel. you need two or four modules of the same size (density.. eg 256mb 512mb 1024mb) to run dual channel.

but yes... with a 7900 in the computer you'll definite see memory bottlenecking some video game, i know quake 4 was bottlenecked because my 7800gt could handle it fine (before i got my 7900gtx) so i would get hard drive lag every 10-20 seconds and once i upgraded to 2gb the problem went away. i had to turn quake 4 down to high quality instead of ultra to get it to run with only 1gb no lag lol
