Hey im helping my friend build a computer and i know that you guys helped me choose the parts for mine. so here you go this is it... Just please let me know if you suggest any other parts for switching, the price max is 400 without the GPU. GPU can only be around 100. Thanks so much in advance.

Whats your friend gunna be doing? light gaming? That board is a bit much.

That board also uses DDR3 and you have DDR2 memory there. OCZ memory isn't the best either (get G.Skill, Corsair, Mushkin, Patriot, Kingston)

Maybe get Athlon II X3 or Phenom II X3 and see if you can unlock them. If your friend isn't doing a whole lot of intensive stuff a Phenom II X2 would do fine. maybe the 555BE
