Help needed on RAID config!

Hi, I'm in a situation where I have my windows on SSD and 2x 1tb HDD's and one 2tb external drive, none of them empty. So what I'm after is to have my OS as it is and the 2x 1tb drives in RAID 0. I have never setupped a RAID so I need some help: Do I have to format those drives, can I do the configuration while I have my OS installed and is there some other things i need to know?

what you need to do is if your mobo comes with a built in raid controllere you have to enable that in BIOS and then save and restart the compuiter, then there will be an option on the post screen when your computer starts up giving you an option to configure the raid device, and then follow the onscreen steps
