help... no arrow ?!

ok so i have another computer and the cursor arrow is gone. I tried to restart it and the mouse is connected but no arrow ? Can anyone tell me how to get it back or whats wrong plz.

Hi, you can get into SAFE mode. GO THERE. Then the mouse pointers.
To get them go: START>CONTROL PANEL>MOUSE> Then select the Pointer Options. Look at the bottom at "hide cursor while typing". Make sure it is unchecked. Then Apply and OK your way out. Probably should restart to test.
2nd Suggestion, if that does not fix it. Go back to control Panel, Mouse, and choose the "pointers" tab. There select a different pointer, apply and ok out of there. Restart again.
