Help........! :/ Photoshop cs2

Hi All

Just wondering can anyone help me, i recently bought windows vista and downloaded it, then i downloaded photoshop cs2 then the download finishes, then when i open photoshop it says something about " you are not allowed to continue because your account does not have the proper privileges. please log in using an account with administrator privileges and try again"

what should i do?
