Hello every body

my friend gift me a new iPhone 4 , and I cut my sim card to be a micro sim, and I tried to remove its pin code by another mobile but I still have this message :

when I connect the iPhone to computer, iTunes appear this

I'm from middle east

How can I activate my phone ?
