i am getting new sound card....

And i would like to know if it would run on vista. It is Creative Sound Blaster SB0570 Audigy SE 7.1 It had gotten many good reviews, it is not too pricey and my sound is not working after installing windows vista on my pc so i figured why not? any suggestions or answers?

yes it will work fine

the reason your sound isnt working afteri nstalling vista is becasue you need to install the drivers for whatever sound card or intergrated you have now.

yeah i know i tried that already. i think its that the sound card is so old (at least 5yrs) and vista is new maybe. idk its fine tho thanks for the input.

i just installed that sound card; on XP not Vista, but the box my card came in states "Works with Windows Vista"?? great sounding card to my ears, i hope you get it worked out...the sound is worth the hassle perhaps.
