IDE to SATA

I'm building a pc for my dad and he uses IDE drives and I found these IDE to SATA adapters. I posted a link to them. Tell me what you guys think of it. If you don't like it, any alternatives? Thanks.

Midnight_fox1 that product you posted is only to add sata capability to a motherboard that does not come with sata ports. You are aware of that right?

The item 0mega posted is probably what you're looking for, but tbh i think you would be better off convincing your dad to use sata drives instead.
