Please can anyone tell me if SpinxPress is Illegal because if it isnt I will use it to upload my podcasts

if they're your podcasts, like, you produce/write/have the rights to them, then it's no biggie, if it's like an AOTS podcast, then it's illegal.

Sharing copyrighted material is illegal, not the methods used to distribute files. If you're creating your own material, feel free to share it using any means you'd like. Limewire, for example, isn't illegal, it just happens to be a popular program for illegal file sharing. But yeah, I see what you mean about the ISP stuff. I don't think you'll have any problems with the software you've linked to.
