It's OK I wouldn't pay more then $400 for it. If your building it your self then you can get something way better. If your playing games then you will probably have some trouble with new games.

That would make a good system if you don't want to play games. Up the GFX to a 9800gt (at least) and you've got a decent gaming computer.
