keep getting weird message on web browser

i keep getting the following message when i open anything through my mozzilla firefox browser.


" "Security Warning: The information you have entered is to be sent over an unencrypted connection and could easily be read by a third party. Are you sure you want to continue sending this information?"


wondered how i get to sites like paypal ect if my stuffs not encrypted. im kinda confused whats going on. any help appreciated.

should my yahoo email be encrypted? which sites should be encrypted? how do i know? any help understanding appreciated, thanks
