Keyboard doesnt work on Startup

Hi all,
I am facing a strange issue with my keyboards. Whenever I switch on Computer, my keyboard doesnt switch on, on replugging the usb it starts working.
If I restart my computer, I dont face any issue.
The problem arise only when I Switch off- Switch on the computer. On same computer, keyboards of other OEMs work properly.

What keyboard do you have?

its an unbranded. Seems to be a compatibility issue with the motherboard. But keyboard works fine in BIOS, it stops working after windows OS starts

See if there is any software installed that may be controlling the keyboard. If not, uninstall the driver and reboot windows and see if that helps. If not, replace the keyboard.
