Every time I click on a favorite it takes me to advertisement then the 2nd time I try I get to my favorite. I have malwarebytes. I have a lot wrong with my computer but I just want to take it one step at a time.

Try a different browser. Seems you may have malware in your browser, possibly an extension. Disable the browser extensions and try again.

Like Explore 11? How do I get a different browser and will it effect my favorites? Also when it takes me to an advertisment it takes away my back tab, so I have to start over again every time. My browser is Edge that came with windows 10.

Don't use IE, use either firefox or chrome. You can always import favorites from edge into any browser. Could be your search engine in edge that is causing the problem.
