Why are you getting a board with onboard video if your getting a 5770? If your not planning on running crossfire I would get something like the GA 770TA UD3. And get a western digital Black drive instead of the green.

i personally would go with an Intel CPU like the i5 for your configuration, around same price(i5 650-$185, i5 750-$195). The intels just perform awesome.

i5 board-
Foxconn P55MX LGA 1156 Intel P55 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail -$95 on newegg. I would also go with 1600MHZ RAM.

Motherboard - if you going to crossfire, I would recommend 790FX chipset. But it would lot more expensive.

PSU - You would need 750W PSU to run dual 5770 and overclocking.

RAM - DDR3 1600 RAM is nearly at same price.

HDD - WESTERN DIGITAL CAVIAR Black running faster.

How much are you paying in store? I can't comment if you are paying too much without you telling us the price.

Save some and get a 790X board. A GA-MA790XT UD4P or GA-790XTA UD4. They are 8X/8X in crossfire, but with two 5770 its not going to matter or if you decide to go with a single 5870 card it still runs in 16X.
