NAT settings

Hey guys I have ATT DSL at my home and I have had a BIG problem with my strict nat settings on my modem. I have a router also but I have it as open on that. Its a motarola(SP?) modem. Would anyone of you guys happen to know how to fix without calling these overseas people and try to explain?

Dont know if this will work for you but found this online

I got it to work as open nat went into the modem setting and clicked on Local Network at the top of the page...then click on NAT/Gaming Then Click on Gaming...Then click on Static Nat.
