need an audio streaming program

thanks, but those wont work, as they are mostly radio steamers, and thats not what im looking for at all. i just want it to record whatever im playing. heres my situation: my dad dled a file(more like a link) just to find out that you need to be connected to the internet. so i said we could stream it and wel, here we are!

Well you can stream audio using ustream but it has video as well, you could do something along those lines, try it, i use it.

Even Audacity will work for this application. Make sure your input is "Wave" or "Stereo Mix" or similar. Play your audio stream, and hit the Record button, Stop to finish.

it's a free account and you can upload any music or videos you have and stream them from anywhere with an internet connection. I have a huge list that I have composed and keep adding to. I just throw it on at work or home. really easy and really fast.
