Need Heatsink fan, watercooling system sucks

Well my watercooling system keeps needing water and its not leaking. My 3.6Ghz CPU overheats all the time so i want to get a Heatsink fan.
There are so many choices and i am lost. I dont want to spend too much money $50+, so what is the best cooling solution for a 3.6Ghz 775 socket?
The less noise it makes, the better

it would also be sensible to buy a 120mm fan to go with that if ou do decide to buy it

I was actually looking at this tower heatsink this afternoon, will it be able to cool the 3.6 P4 to a low heat level without a problem?

maybe you should try to identify the problem with you water cooling, rather than replace it.

Well like i said, i constantly have to refill it, but there is no leaking. Everything is tight and i cannot find any fluid anywhere at any time.
PLus i am rather dissappointed with the noise its making, i was expecting watercooling to be low noise, buts its horrible. So i might as well just get a heatsink fan right away and save space in my case, and get some money back from selling the watercooling system.
