need WoW help asap please!

I upgraded to Wrath of the Lich King last night online, i have the Burning Crusade and classic WoW disks. So when i clicked the download client everything worked well, until it got to 44%. and then it displayed a message of something like "C++ Runtime has encountered an error and will now terminate." How do i go around this? or disable runtime. I am a computer newb so any help would be greatly appreciated.

yes it has done this twice now. im currently redownloading for the 3rd time

its a stock 513c hp. with an added 1g ram. and a dvd cd rom driver. i have more than enough room to download the game, and i was playing burning crusade without any problems. I upgraded online, and now it gets to 44% download and that message c++ runtime pops up and terminated the download, so i have to restart. if i can figure out how to bypass runtime(or disable it) it will work fine.

getting towards the magic number i guess. how can i disable runtime so i can download the game completely? any help would be appreciated

Pretty sure you need that c++ runtime. Perhaps try googling it and reinstall it?

if it does the same, completely uninstall WoW and reinstall it
