New Build working great except...

When I boot now I get this message:

Checking file system on C:
The type of file system is NTFS
One of your discs may need to be check for consistency

Then it goes into a scan where text flies down the screen like the Matrix, and after about 15min I get impatience because I want to fire up D2 or LoL.

Let the checkdisk finish before restarting the pc. If you don't turn the system off properly or let it finish booting then you'll see checkdisk run at every bootup. Let it finish and see if it reports any errors. You may need to run a diagnostic on your drive to check for errors that windows can't fix.
