Alright, so I've been out of the loop for a while due to school, (final exams, projects, etc.) and my friend asked me to do make a $400-$450 build for him, a HTPC that he can game with if he wants. Here are the parts I've picked out, critique and/or change anything you see fit to.

CPU + MOBO: Athlon II x3 435 + GIGABYTE GA-MA785GM-US2H - $124.99

GPU (He needs the S-Video Output unless someone can find a cheap converter): XFX ATi Radeon 4670 - $69.99

Case: COOLER MASTER Centurion 541 With 400W PSU - $59.99

CD/DVD Drive/Burner: ASUS Black CD/DVD Drive/Burner (SATA) - $22.99

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 250GB - $44.99

OS: MS Win7 HP 64-bit OEM - $99.99

Total: $422.94

I know, but the thing is, that's the MAX, and if there's really no need to change it, he doesn't want to add any more, after all, he's paying for it ;)

And, correct me if I'm wrong, it has to be a MicroATX form-factor PSU to fit in the case, can anyone link me to a decent MicroATX PSU? (It's getting late, 3:30 where I'm at and I'm tired as hell)
