New m.2 drive now other hdd not showing

I just installed a new installed a new M.2 drive in my Dads computer however now that's done my computer no longer sees 2 of my other sata drives. They where working before I made the change.

Can anyone offer any suggestion to what happened to make this problem or any possible fixes.

Sometimes when using an m.2 slot it disables certain sata connectors. What motherboard is it?

its an older gigabyte am4 socket motherboard
