Online storage service

Hey all,
I'm looking for an online storage service with the following attributes:
  • Speedy (i.e. datacenters on multiple continents)
  • Safe (i.e. redundancy, encryption, file versions, etc.)
  • Compatible with Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac OS and Linux (i.e. has software clients for these platforms, à la Dropbox)
  • Has a mobile app, at least for Google Android, preferably for iOS too.
  • Has an online interface for up/downloading
  • Cheap (i.e. no more than USD 15/month for at least 100 GB)
  • Has no limit on the number of computers which can store (or at least 3 machines)
  • Has no bandwidth restriction (i.e. unlimited download/uploads)

I've done a fair bit of reasearch, but no service seems to match all my criteria. Dropbox would be perfect if it weren't so damn expensive. Otherwise Asus Web Storage seems to be a great fit, except it doesn't have a Mac client (in the works apparently), although I'm ready to live without that for now. I'm looking for suggestions, testimonials, etc.

Weird, the notification I received contained more text than the response visible on CF.com...
I am actually looking for storage, not backup. I have many files stored on one computer, which I want to have stored in a secure and easily accessible place, but I don't want all those files to be synced automatically to another computer running a client.
