optiswitch-100 hardware reset?

I have a pairs of Optiswitch-100 that i dont know the login information.
I google ALOT i can not find any informations about hardware resetting.
Anyone know how to do this?

Username and password needs.

Welcome to the forums!!

Have you looked for a reset button on the machine? It probably doesn't have one but you could look.

You may be able to contact the manufacturer and see if they would be able to help you out.

Does not have a reset putton. only acces trough the serial port with CLI.

You will need to contact the manufacturer. Even then, they may not be able to get you in.
