Bought new puter w/ vista. How do I get my old email from old puter w/ xp to new puter w/ vista Can't figure it out

Were you using Outlook or Outlook Express with your old system? Just google how to back up and restore email using outlook or outlook express, of course Vista doesn't have Outlook Expres though.
