PC Gaming Headsets?

Anyone have any knowledge on pc gaming headsets?

help if you can. or mehbeh just say which ones seem best bang for the buck

Well with headsets there is a wide variety of stuff out there and you need to decide what things you are looking for in a headset. In-ear, over ear, on ear, wrap around, over the top, etc....

The two that you have listen are completely different especially in the price range. The SteelSeries Siberia v2 are far better than the Logitech that you listed. But at $90 there might be a better pair than the SteelSeries. I use to be in the audiophile loop but moved on from it so I'm not 100% sure.

First nail down the style and what you want in a headset and the go from there and check reviews.

Also, most often than not with the headset you sacrifice one aspect, Microphone over sound quantity cause they're integrated. I went the route of spending more money on a decent headset and then got a 'okay' microphone. That way I can use the headset outside the computer area.
