PG2 program?

Have you guys herd of Peer guardian 2?

is it worth getting? I believe it's free as well.

Whats your take on it?

Depends, if you aren't doing anything illegal, you shouldn't need it. A firewall is better if you are wanting to protect yourself from online threats. Peer Guardian just blacklists IPs.

Way I look at it is....sure I have 1 gun...but it doesn't hurt to have a 2nd if s*** hits the fan.


I view PG2 as the same kind of thing I run Firewall + PG2 and the closest I come to p2p is downloading patches off Blizzard for World of Warcraft.

I use PG2 and it's really nice. It basically blocks unwanted IPs from accessing your computer. I've blocked Microsoft and lots of universities.

Yep or those stupid games....I said "no I don't want to connect" for a reason. Not so you can secretly try later. With half the crap game companies use I wouldn't be shocked if they were spying on us too.
