PLease help, wont boot!!

Hi, im having some trouble with my pc. I purchased a asus p5g41c-mlx motherboard, 2gb of ddr3 ram and a asus en210 graphics card. I put everything together but it wont display anything on the screen or even beep when it turns on, iv tested the cpu and graphics card seperatly and they both work, iv also tried different ram on the motherboard that i know works but it still doesnt boot up. Does anyone have any advice? no matter what cpu i put into the motherboard it wont boot, iv tried with the onboard graphics but still nothing, i think it might be the ram as there is no beep on start up.

do you have the small speaker that should have came with board, it connects to the same group of pins as the case connections

Yes, check this, and also, have you remembered to put the raisers for the motherboard in correctly so the mobo isn't touching the case?
