Pls Help to remove contextmenu.dll file

I downloaded a program that I removed a day later and it won;t allow me to remove the conextmenu.dll file. It doesn't come up in Hijackthis, so I didn't put the Hijackthis result here. Please help.

What is that .dll specifically do? i really have no idea. But if it doesnt hurt you...dont worry about it

if you boot into safe mode. F8 i think. then you should be able to delete it.
