Pop-up ad, can't find to delete?

I have a pop up ad ( eurogrand.com) and it has something stored on my PC and about every 10 minutes it pops up when I'm on the web. It has going on for over a month. It takes up the whole screen and I have to crl-alt-del to get it off. I have deleted cookies, history, temp files, done a search on my drives and can't find it to delete it.

Any ideas where it may be stored on my PC

Download HijackThis, run it, then post the output of the log it produces.

It's funny, even though I see people come into work all the time running IE, I still always assume everyone is running Firefox.

Why not get a anti-malware software and scan for the popup generator? Try deleting cookies too.
