power switch problem

Hi All.

I bought new desktop case for my PC and install like I had before. My problem power switch works the same like reset. I just touch the button and computer reset. I change "+" and "-" contact of power button wires on mother board. It doesn't help. Setup shut down delay in BIOS. Nothing. How fix that problem?

yup thats the problem. switch power and reset button cables. that will solve your issue. I would also advise for future posting that you learn better English so that we can have an easier time of helping you.

Change your power and reset button's "plugs" on your motherboard.

If you still have difficulty, I recommend you go to the motherboard's manufacturer's site and search for the model number. You will find a User Manual that will tell and show you exactly how to do it.

That is why it is necessary to read the instruction manuals first and keep it in a safe place if you need to do or know something in the future.
