Printer problems

Restarted my computer and now my printer doesnt work. The installation dik wont work either. Hp deskjet 3845, fairly old, atleast 3 years. Any help?

Try downloading and reinstalling the drivers from the HP website, you should find them here.

If that doesn't help, please post exactly what is wrong with the printer. Is it not detected in Windows, does it not even try to print, or is the printout bad?

dose it use usb or dose it use the i/o port
