Question about MEMORY...

Hey guys how's it going?

I have a few questions I like to ask. Can you guys explain to me what is virtual memory mean? sometimes, my system will say "Low on Virtual memory..." Is that bad? Do I have to purchase some more ram?

2) I hit hte Ctrl + ALT + DEL and I have the windows Task Manager and I dont' know what some of these means.

Can you guys explain to me what these means and what is the ideal numbers should be for each of them?

virtual memory is a portion of the hard drive set aside to act kind of like ram (though obviously much slower), you can adjust how much hard drive space to set aside for virtual memory somewhere in windows, can't think of where right now, that's all I'd do to start with and see if that helps
