Question on what I should do.

Hi guys, I am rebuilding my computer after having to RMA my P67P8 Rev 3 WS asus motherboard. I got it all together and it is saying that my cpu isnt getting enough power. I have tested the PSU and made sure that it is in working condition and I dont know what else to do? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Well I just had a problem with my motherboard not fully powering up, because it was shorting due to too many standoffs...sounds silly but hey.

Finally I got it all to work, this motherboard is very picky. Had to play around with memok button and installing one memory at a time. Computer scores a 7.8 without my 2nd video card. Considering sellingit (check for sale part of forum) Oh then I found out that if you dont have a fan plugged into the pwr-fan slot then you get the code S8 and it wont start. S3 means memory issues ( not detected) as well as code 45. Code 60 means video is about to go through
