Don't know if this is going to be any good, but it's worth a try...

What you have to do is rate the person's PC who posted before you... Also, What you would improve and what you like about it, also a rating out of 10.

Something like this...

Rating out of 10:
Pros:
Cons:

------------------------------------------------

I'll start:

Intel E6300 @ 1.86GHZ
Gigabyte 965P-S3
Corsair XMS2 2GB
Gainward 7950GT 512MB

I think you are missing one huge factor, how you use your computer really rates its effectiveness. A lot of people use computers they will never actually use to its fullest potential or have something very old because it still gets the job done so to speak.

really the parts inside the computer don't matter, its how you built it versus what you use it for.

For me, my best computer is my Mac Book Pro because I am the most productive on it and I can run any OS I want on it plus lots of virtual machines. So it makes my work a lot easier being able to do everything from one machine.

hmm okay il rate Kornowskis pc because i cant see tlarkins specs anywhere lol.

i rate it 8/10

Pros:
Good high end DX9 graphics card and plenty of ram.

Cons:e6300 only at 1.86Ghz....needs that baby overclocking:D

to improve it i would probably just get a better Cpu cooler and overclock the e6300,I dont think theres anything else that could be made better on it.

So yeah thats my opinion.

Lol it will be funny to hear what people say about my rig,Like....Get a damn new one (Its a P.O.S :D)

Mine is in the sig.

Again it probably wouldnt be worth upgrading it but most people like myself cant afford to buy a whole new build so they do upgrade their current comps the best they can.

i think the nVidia 6100 is intergrated graphics right?
if so i would get a dedicated Gfx card and get another 512mb of ram.

but like tlarkin said....it all realy depends on what you do with your system,I started to game so i needed a bit more ram than when i had only 512Mb.

1) youve saved some money by OC'ing you e6300
2) Like the Graphics card, wouldent mind doing a computer with two of them in crossfire

Cons

First time builder didn't post his, so I'll go to GCR.

Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 'Conroe' @ 1.86GHz
Gigabyte GA-965P-DS4
GeIL 1GB (2x512MB) PC2-6400 CAS 4-4-4-12
Sapphire Radeon X1950 Pro 256MB
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio
Western Digital SE16 250GB SATA-300
Jeantech Arctic 600W Modular PSU
Windows XP Professional
ViewSonic VA2010wb

Like you said, you need to overclock that bitch, son.
Other than that... sweet set up. Maybe go with an aftermarket CPU HSF if you're not already, and another gig of RAM couldn't hurt.

Here is mine. It's a little dated until I get around to getting a Core 2 setup:

AMD Athlon 3200+ @ 2.5Ghz (I push it to 2.85 sometimes... it's still stable)
ASUS A8N-E
MSI GeForce 7800GT
585 Watt HEC Orion
2 x DVD Burner
1.25GB RAM (3 sticks... each is a different speed and brand, LAWL)
250GB SATAII HDD

Yeah, I know, I need to get a CPU upgrade, and some real RAM that I can dual channel... what else?

Proably a videocard upgrade to like a 7950GT or a 8800GTS 640 MB.

All around its a pretty nice machine, but those planned upgrades would be awesome :). You've got decent graphics that I know work for just about anything.

Yeah, I probably should get another 512MB, but for now what I have is fine.

Zorrowannabe-8/10, great CPU, RAM, PSU, case, but the graphics are a little outdated, and the HDD seems a little like underkill.

As for me, please rate my good one. Remember that the 3200+ is at 2.4GHz.
