Rate my rig plz, and do you think it will run Crysis 2 on the very highest settings decently? If no, what can i do to improve? OC? SLI?

I would rate 8/10, and yes it would definitely should play crysis 2 on very highest settings, it plays it on mine below with highest possible settings!!!
What you need is a better hard drive i would recommend SSD for improved start up speed, loading times in game and general program opening. other than that nice PC.
Dunno how techi you are so will say it (by the way i am not very techi) make sure your ram is actually at 1600 Mhz, mine was not and had to go to bios and change it to 1600.. enjoy it!!!

8/10 defo a good rig
the 650watt psu wouldnt run 2 gtx570's, seems like a bit of a let down considering the rest of the rig, 38amps on the 12volt rail is not that impressive
