I was unlucky and unable to bring this bad boy to 4.0ghz. I personally know many celerons have it in them but the chip I recieved sure didnt. 3.8 stable was the best I could manage without increasing VCORE over 1.5v, and another 200 mhz would have needed the core at around 1.75~ or instand death to my motherboard! Still a good chip for the cash though...
He put 1/5 stars for it becuase he couldn't OC a Celeron 2.8ghz to 4Ghz.
