Rebuilding a buggered system, replacing everything except powersupply and one of the hard drives. This is a rough draft so far, so any suggestions would be much appriciated.

I'm looking for any method of saving money, so any ideas for getting better value would also be great.

Antec P183 Performance One Black-Sliver ATX Tower(NO PSU) $156.00
Asus DRW-24B3LT 24x DVDRW SATA LightScribe $55.00
Seagate SATAIII 1TB 7200RPM 32mb Cache $63.00
Intel Core i3 2120 3.30Ghz 3MB Cache LGA1155 CPU $156.00
eVGA GF GTX460 1G OC DDR5 DVI miniHDMI $200.00
OCZ 4G (2x2G) DDR3 1333 PC10666 Gold Edition LV (OCZ3G1333LV4GK) $57.00

I've been getting prices from:

Hey jiffy thanks very much for your work, I should have mentioned though I'm Australian and therefore unable to purchase from newegg.

DOH! That sucks. I spent a min looking and making that post :( lol. I knew you where from Australia, but I wasn't sure if you could do Newegg or not.

EDIT:

I've read that quite a few Aussies use http://www.staticice.com/
you might wanna give that a look.

recommend going for G.Skill DDR3 1600 2 x 2gb
Mobo - Could consider H67 chipset if you want to same money.
GPU - GTX460 768MB should at similar price. I think they are better than SE version
Case - Get cheaper case

Thanks for the tip Daisy, I changed the GTX460SE to the GTX460 for only a dollar more! :p I think I'll stick with the case and ram, not to save money, just because they're prefered brands, and the P1 series is so damn pretty.

With the mobo I've also been looking at an "Asus P8P67-LEV3 P67 4DDR3 5PH 2200OC RAID GBLAN 2PCIE16 2FW SA3 ATX STEP3" for $180.00, mainly cause I need one with 8ch audio, good choice?
