I know that it's on the threads somewhere but can't seems to find it, but anyway is roxio a good software to use to burn music, video, etc.

I have Roxio's Easy Media Creator 8.0 here. But I use B's Recorder GOLD to burn mp3s to cd. Originally Roxio was bought here to burn iso images to disk since that was lacking with B's 5.0 version. I still haven't got around to getting the latest B's that offers dvd as well as music cd burning. Roxio can be intrusive where you have to disable it with the msconfig utility due to the "TDriver.exe" problem that can come up on you. Other then that it does a good job most of the time.
I still use it for data dvds more then anything. You can go for other lower cost infact even a number of freeware music burning programs like those seen at http://www.mymusictools.com/download/cd-burning-software/ Often you will see sharewares(free to try out) mixed in along with the free ones. The only drawback with some of those is finding built in adwares.
