i've had this issue for a long time now. it doesn't always happen but when it does it's extremely annoying causing me to restart my computer multiple times to fix it.
this morning i started my computer, opened up itunes to play some music. after every 5-10 seconds i will experience stuttering in the song. if i am scrolling through a page on firefox it feels a bit slow. i started up counter-strike, i usually get 60-75FPS (not even sure i don't pay attention), but when i have the Stuttering problem im at 25-40 FPS and the game is choppy.
i've researched a lot trying to figure out what the problem is but have found nothing. what do you guys think?
