Super Budget Build

I've been out of the loop for a while now and my friend just asked me to build a budget PC for him. He mainly uses it for internet browsing and such but would like to play games like BF:BC2, Company of Heroes, and TF2 with us on decent settings. He doesn't want to go above $450 and he already has a copy of W7. I've already made a build but perhaps you guys can help improve it?

that's decent but i see several things that should be changed, mainly, there are some nice cases for like 50 and a caviar blue 1tb for the same price, thaen some other things that'll let him get more performance, i'll look around

for the case, there are several nice ones here, i like the nzxt m59 and the rosewill destroyer, but i'll let you choose.

Alright, I've changed the case to the CM Elite 430, and everything else you suggested. Can you tell me the difference between DDR3 1066 and 1333 besides the speeds?
